It is Important to note the following while placing your order on the website:

- Select the items you want and their specifications (e.g. colours, design) carefully. We don’t change colours and designs after you have placed the order.
- Pick up option is for people picking up from the store, if you are in Lagos, select doorstep delivery if you want it to be delivered. For those outside Lagos, select waybill as your shipping option. This is very important, please!
- If you are not in Lagos, you don’t need to add your waybill fee to your payment. Pay only for the goods and #700 park-fee on the website and pay the driver when he gets to your location. This too is very important, please!
- If you are merging your stockpiling orders and want them sent together, in the last order, write in the order note that you want your previous orders added to it and state the order numbers. Do this on the website.
- Once your order is successful on the website and you have gotten your order number, we will send a confirmation note to you via email.
- Please wait patiently for your goods to arrive after placing an order if you choose waybill or delivery. Only contact us about your goods if the time frame has elapsed (24-72 hours for Lagos deliveries and 2-5 working days for other states).
- We don’t do urgent deliveries or waybills!! If it is urgent, proceed to the store to pick it up.
